CaseChaser SMS Program

CaseChaser provides SMS notifications as part of its case management platform used by law firms to communicate with clients regarding active cases.

By providing their phone number within the CaseChaser platform and engaging with a case, users explicitly consent to receive SMS messages related to their case.

SMS messages are triggered by case activity and may include document requests, document review or rejection updates, secure portal access links, case status updates, reminders, and one-time verification codes.

SMS messages are sent for transactional purposes only and are not used for marketing or promotional content.

Message frequency varies based on case activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Users can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, users can reply HELP.

CaseChaser is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
