CaseChaser SMS Consent and Opt-In Process

CaseChaser is a case management platform used by law firms to communicate with clients regarding active cases.


Users provide consent to receive SMS messages by entering their phone number into a form within the CaseChaser platform while engaging with a case, such as when requesting access to their case or interacting with case-related features.


At the time of submission, users are clearly informed that they are consenting to receive SMS messages related to their case. This disclosure includes that message frequency may vary and that message and data rates may apply.


Users must take an affirmative action, such as submitting the form, to provide consent. SMS messages are not sent without this action.


After opting in, users may receive transactional messages related to their case, including:

- Document requests

- Document review or rejection updates

- Secure portal access links

- Case status updates

- Reminders

- One-time verification codes


Users can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, users can reply HELP.


SMS messages are sent for transactional purposes only and are not used for marketing or promotional content.
